Ágnes joined Ventiv Health in 2007, the Nr1 HR service provider in the Pharmaceutical sector in the past, currently part of the JobGroup Company. Starting her career as an Office Manager, she soon turned her interest towards HR. Earning a degree in HR and having been trained by great professionals, Ágnes has gained a comprehensive understanding of HR services in its full depth and width within a couple of years.
Ágnes is now a Senior Consultant in Executive Search with 10+ years of experience. She is human centered and task oriented. She is a quick and big problem solver, an open person and a confident professional. She believes in dedication, flexibility and tailored solutions. Ágnes approaches problems from a broad perspective: understanding industry trends, company culture, moral values and guiding principles of the organization.
