Mariann has 25+ years experience in direct search and headhunting with an extensive but not limited industry-focus on the Pharma industry. Mariann graduated from ELTE, the Faculty of Humanities that is not only about Academics, but about abstract thinking and complex understanding of different styles, cultures and behaviors. Mariann later obtained a postgraduate degree in HR.

Mariann is Head of Executive Search and Direct Search Division. Colleagues respect her for being a mentor, an inspirer, and a person who stands up for them.
